Ingredients per sachet:
Magnesium (from Magnesium L-Threonate MagteinR)  77mg
Magnesium L-Threonate Hydrate (MagteinR)  1000mg
Essential Phospholipids (From Soy Lecithin)  1000mg
Phosphatidylcholine (PC)  500mg
Also contains: Purified Water, Alcohol (Natural Preservative), Xanthan Gum.
Each sachet has 0.72mls of alcohol.

Directions

Take: 2 packets daily in divided doses.  As a dietary Supplement.
Take: 1 packet in the morning and 1 two hours before sleep, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
  • For best results, snip or tear the notched end off the packet, squeeze into one to three ounces of your favourite cool beverage, and consume in one swallow
  • We recommend consuming a full glass of water after the product.
  • Contents of packet will not dissolve

Precautions

  • Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
  • It is not recommended to mix this product with hot beverages or with any high-speed blenders or food processors as this will affect the bio-availability.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Packets may expand as the latent air from the filling process tends to expand over time. This does not affect the quality of the product. MagteinR)  may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary. Reduce the dosage, consult a doctor, or discontinue use if the condition persists for more than one week.
