Each 180mcL dose contains:
Colecalciferol 25mcg
equiv. vitamin D 1000IU
Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 45mcg

No added dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy protein, yeast.

Adults:
Spray one 180mcL dose (1 spray) into the mouth once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Prescribing Information:

  • All forms of vitamin K supplementation during pregnancy or lactation should be used under supervision only.
  • Caution use in conjunction with anticoagulant medication such as warfarin.
  • MK-7 supplements containing more than 50mcg/day may interfere with oral anticoagulant treatment.
  • Mineral oil, orlistat or lipid-lowering drugs such as cholestyramine may affect absorption of fat-soluble vitamins including vitamin D. Supplement either one hour prior to, or 4-6 hours after, drug intake.
  • Vitamin D may reduce the effectiveness of calcium channel blockers; caution is advised with concurrent use.
  • Concomitant use of vitamin D with aluminium may increase aluminium absorption.
  • Concurrent use of supplemental vitamin D3 with calcipotriene or thiazide diuretics may theoretically increase the risk of hypercalcaemia.
