Directions for use

Begin by taking 2 capsules a.m and again p.m. (with or without food).
If new breakouts are still occurring in 10 days, increase the dose to 3 capsules a.m. and again p.m.
Alternatively, take the 2 extra capsules at lunchtime.
The number of capsules taken can be gradually reduced as symptoms clear.
In most cases, cystic acne will not clear completely before 5 – 6 months of taking the capsules. Sometimes clearing the skin will necessitate a slightly longer course of this remedy.
The capsules can be taken with other vitamins and don’t affect medications. They can safely be taken during pregnancy but please check with your doctor. first.
